1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and ppp999 ("ppp999," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ppp999 platform, including the website at ppp999.app, all games, sports betting services, payment facilities, and any related features (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ppp999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and ppp999. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication or bonus offer, these Terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or consultant of ppp999, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where access to the Platform would violate applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. ppp999 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with ppp999 or any associated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and at any subsequent request from ppp999.

ppp999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of ppp999, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each player may hold only one active account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You must provide a valid mobile number or email address at registration. This contact information will be used for account verification, transaction notifications, and security communications.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ppp999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify ppp999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your login details.
• ppp999 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for an extended period, subject to the applicable dormancy policy and any regulatory requirements.
• Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification — including submission of a valid CNIC or equivalent identity document — may be required before withdrawals are processed. ppp999 operates in accordance with anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations and may request additional documentation where required.

4. Deposits & Payments

ppp999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, and USDT TRC20. All PKR deposits are credited to your ppp999 account balance in Pakistani Rupees without currency conversion. The following deposit conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; the current minimums are displayed in the ppp999 cashier at the time of transaction.
• ppp999 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party charges imposed by your payment provider are outside ppp999's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ppp999 reserves the right to return deposits to their source where the source cannot be verified or where AML checks require it.
• Deposits are processed in real time where the payment method allows. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the sending institution.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with AML policy.
• ppp999 targets processing of JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within one to four hours of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are targeted within four to twenty-four hours. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
• ppp999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted and approved. If a withdrawal is in a pending state, contact support to discuss cancellation.
• ppp999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider are not within ppp999's control.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements must satisfy those requirements before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ppp999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ppp999 reserves the right to exclude any player from a bonus at its discretion.
• Each bonus will specify a wagering requirement, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), eligible games, and expiry period. Failure to meet requirements within the specified period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus funds and free bet winnings may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on the ppp999 Platform, you accept the following:

• All bets and wagers are placed at your own risk. Gambling involves financial risk and outcomes are not guaranteed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except where the specific game or sport rules expressly permit it.
• ppp999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical error on the Platform, including pricing errors on sports markets.
• Cricket betting markets at ppp999 — including PSL, international, and T20 fixtures — are subject to specific settlement rules that will be published in the sportsbook. In-play bets are subject to the market being open at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Casino games including slots, live dealer games, Teen Patti, table games, and crash games use certified random number generators or live dealing. ppp999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the ppp999 server records constitute the primary evidence and will be determinative in the absence of clear evidence of a Platform malfunction.

8. Responsible Gaming

ppp999 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold within a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which no bets may be placed and no deposits accepted.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions including self-exclusion.

Violation of any prohibition above will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ppp999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and data — is the property of ppp999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ppp999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The ppp999 Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• ppp999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• ppp999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, internet disruptions, or Platform maintenance.
• ppp999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy & Data

ppp999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 13. Amendments
